A little bit of my current work leading accessibility efforts and contributing for a more inclusive product.
My work at the Pinterest Design System team creating assets, training and documentation to support teams on designing experiences that inspire people to create the life they love.
I supported the Design team to build a collection of adaptive and accessible UI components to allow designers and developers to deliver a great user experience, keeping consistency across applications. It included establishing design guidelines, patterns, best practices and launching a component library.
I redesigned the Provider Search portal, enabling a map and list of interactions. The goal was to improve usability and to reduce accessibility issues, as well as increasing the overall access.
A non-profit website project I supported to ensure that immigrants, refugees and low-income residents in Concord and surrounding communities have the voice, tools and relationships necessary to earn an equitable share of the social and economic wealth. The goal was to elevate the look and feel of Monument Impact, bringing more donations to the community and focusing on a mobile-friendly interface.
