From compliance to competence - How certification drives repeatable, enterprise-level accessibility
On axe-con (2026), me and Damien Sian discussed ow accessibility education can move impact beyond individual skill into team influence, enterprise change, and ultimately industry standards. We examined the common "compliance trap", where accessibility is treated as a late-stage checkbox, and contrasted it with a model where certified expertise becomes a strategic advantage.
